Abstract Faced with the precariousness of social policies, which impacts the conditions of the family to exercise its protective function, the judicialization of mental health demands becomes one of the mechanisms used to guarantee rights. In view of this, we aimed to discuss the sharing of responsibilities between the family of the subject in psychological distress and the State, based on the demands of compulsory internment that reach the Brazilian judiciary. This is a documental research in which 23 judgments were analyzed, which were processed between 2001 and 2017, in the second instance of the Paraná State Court of Justice. As results, we highlight that by individualizing and reducing collective demands, the judiciary configures itself as a functional apparatus to the capital in crisis, based on the discourse of legal equality. The primacy of the individual is also evident in the few mentions of families, taken as informants of the condition of the user, their inclusion in the service offered by the network is superficial.

Este estudo objetiva analisar as teses educacionais de Carl Rogers. Inicialmente, argumenta que Rogers pensou o fenômeno da Educação desde a sua formação em Psicologia até os seus trabalhos clínicos de aconselhamento e psicoterapia e intervenções educacionais e grupais. Em seguida, apresenta uma estratégia metodológica de pesquisa bibliográfica e conceitual que seleciona e distribui os textos rogerianos, ao longo de quatro fases de pensamento, compreendidas de 1928 a 1987, de modo a: mapear os principais conceitos/ideias educacionais presentes nos escritos de Rogers; levantar as teses educacionais que ele indicou, contestou e propôs; e, sintetizá-las em um esquema. A partir disso, foi possível elaborar interpretações referentes: às aplicações do método educacional rogeriano; às percepções de Rogers sobre o ambiente educacional; aos objetivos do método educacional rogeriano; à sua teleologia metodológica. Conclui-se que as teses educacionais de Rogers não podem ser encaradas como estagnadas, pois ele teceu reflexões críticas sobre a Educação em variados momentos da construção de sua teoria/prática e se esforçou para ultrapassar as limitações impostas pelas instituições de ensino ao vislumbrar possibilidades de aprendizagens significativas.

Recently, several historical studies have been conducted on the institutionalization of psychology in Latin America using, among other sources, serialized primary data sources, such as scientific journal articles and undergraduate curricula. In this context, the present study describes and analyzes the characteristics of publications from the Arquivos Brasileiros de Psicotécnica (ABP) [Brazilian Archives of Psychotechnics] during its existence from 1949 to 1968. It was elected because was one of the first Brazilian psychology journals; its editorial board was involved in the application of psychology and its legal regulation. Methodologically, this study is a historiographical investigation that used bibliometric strategies and different software for data analysis. The results of this investigation indicate that ABP played the dual role of a scientific journal and newsletter. In addition, a concentration of articles was found among some authors, with Emilio Mira y López being the most productive. Although there was a predominance of male authors, both genders showed similar publication frequency. The results help to understand the institutionalization of the scientific-professional field of Brazilian psychology.

Esta obra es la producción colectiva de una red de docentes-investigadores pertenecientes a un grupo de universidades brasileras (Universidad Federal Minas Gerais, Universidad Federal Valles Jequitinhonha e Mucurí, Universidad Federal Mato Grosso) y argentinas (Universidad Nacional Litoral y Universidad Autónoma de Entre Ríos), quienes ya hace más de una década nos hemos aventurado en la novedad de la internacionalización curricular. Buscamos compartir nuestras tareas de docencia, investigación y extensión desarrolladas en ese marco, destacando sus particularidades de promover la internacionalización en casa y de plasmar experiencias interculturales. Esperamos impulsar a colegas a crear nuevas propuestas, así como propiciar el intercambio con quienes ya participan en tareas similares.
